First Place

First Place is a Christ-centerd health program for men and women of all ages. Using a system that incorporates Bible study, Scripture memorization, prayer and balanced eating and exercise.

First Place provides the opportunity to change your life, not only physically but spiritually and emotionally.

We will begin a new study, "Start Living", on August 19th from 4:45 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. for 12 weeks. You may purchase your study book through the church office for $14.00, please make checks payable to MBC, no later than August 5, 2007. You may purchase your books on your own if you desire.

Start Living ENDS NOVEMBER 4, 2007

For those riding the weight-loss roller coaster, the time has come to begin applying two little words to the behavior that keeps them in defeat and despair: ‚ Stop It!‚Äù God‚As power is accessed one step at a time as we are obedient to His clear and concise instructions. What are the things we need to stop doing before we can start doing the things that are going to help us? Like it or not, until we put our knowledge into action we will remain stuck in our self-destructive ways. Then we can ‚ Start Living.‚Äù The journey to health and wholeness begins as we read and hear God‚As Word, and then make it part of our daily lives so that we can experience the victory over sin that Jesus guarantees all those who love Him and keep His commitments.
