Lottie Moon Offering:
As we continue to receive our Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions, let’s pray about what the Lord would have us to give. Our church goal is $5,000. We will have our Sunday School classes bring their offerings on December 31. Our Sunday School class goal is $2,290.00. We need to out give our class goals to reach the church goal. Let’s always remember that we can never out give our Lord.
December 2 Workday
There is a workday scheduled for Saturday, December 2 at the church. The workday will begin at 8:00 with some repair work and setting up of the Live Nativity backdrop taking place. At 9:30 AM the ladies are meeting to decorate the Sanctuary and the Christmas tree. Please make plans to attend.
December 3 Happenings
Several things are happening this Sunday:
· Children’s Christmas Cantata in the Morning Worship Service.
· Pathway Christmas Ministry Christmas Presents are due.
· Children’s Home Cake Ministry cakes are due.
Children’s Home Cake Ministry
Every year we participate in providing coffee cakes for the Baptist Children’s Home. We have an opportunity to take part in this ministry again. This is the 80th year of this ministry. Cakes may be dropped off at the church on December 3 or by 10:00 AM on December 4. They will be delivered after that. These cakes are frozen and used throughout the year at the Children’s Home. Last year we gave over 50 cakes. Another chance to demonstrate the meaning of Macedonia Love and the Macedonia Spirit as we continue to minister for our Lord.
Sanctuary Video System
We have received a Love Offering to purchase a LCD Projector System for the sanctuary. Praise the Lord for this gift. We also received a gift several weeks ago for the computer to run the system. The computer is already here and in the sound booth. We are ordering the remainder of the system.
Grow Team for Week:
The Grow Team for December 5 is the Green Team headed by Poncho Madkins. Be in prayer for this team as they contact people this week.

Sanctary Flowers
If you wish to provide fresh flowers for the sanctuary on Sundays, please sign up for the week you desire on the list by the Secretary’s Office. Thank you for providing such beautiful flowers.
Awana Ministry and Wednesday Family Supper
Wednesday, December 6 is the last Awana meeting and Wednesday night supper until January 3, 2007.
Live Nativity
Sign-up for a character in the live Nativity December 10-13. Sign up early while there are slots available. The sign-up list is on the wall in the foyer.
