Praise the Lord for those giving to Lottie Moon. The following classes have met or exceeded their goals as of December 17. You will have to come Dec 31 to hear by how much. There is still more time to meet our goals. Nursery, 2-3 Years, Grades 1-3, Adult I, Adult II, Adult III, Ladies, and General Officers we need $1,993.18 to reach our church goal. Pray for the Lord’s guidance as you prepare to give. We announce our class offerings on Dec 31.

Worship Service Changes

The Worship Schedules for Christmas and New Year’s Eve are as follows:

December 24 (Christmas Eve) Worship Service at 10:00 AM, no other services that day.

December 31 (New Year’s Eve) Sunday School at 9:45 AM, Morning Worship at 11:00 AM, no evening services. The morning service is a Singspiration.

Grow Team for Week

Grow will not meet this week because of the Christmas schedule.

Church Council

There will be no Church Council in December because of the Christmas schedule.

Sanctuary Flowers

If you wish to provide fresh flowers for the sanctuary on Sundays, please sign up for the week you desire on the list by the Secretary’s Office. Thank you for providing such beautiful flowers.

AWANA Ministry and Wednesday Family Supper

There will be no AWANA or Wednesday Family Supper until January 3, 2007.

Adult Cantata

Thanks to those who worked to make the Adult Cantata a success. The choir did a wonderful job. Thank you.

Christmas Caroling

We had 28 to go Christmas Caroling at the Convalescent Home Wednesday night. It was a wonderful experience to witness the expressions of the residents to the Christmas music. We began in the dining room and then walked the halls singing. We were asked to come back to the dining room for an encore after walking the halls. It was wonderful to watch their faces as two of our preschool girls sang with us and wished them a Merry Christmas. Thanks to all who went.

Financial End of the Year

All receipts and bills for 2006 are due in the office December 31. Any donations for this year are also due December 31.
