From the Pastor Search Committee Dear Church Member: Over the past eight weeks, the Pastor Search Committee (PSC) has looked through 103 resumes. To date, the search has been narrowed to 13 men the committee believes meet the qualifications established by the church profile survey conducted in October 2006. While we are not ready to present a man to the church in view of a call, the committee is at the point in our search where we are dealing with individuals one at a time. In April, I anticipate meeting with the chairman of the Personnel and Finance committees to ensure the PSC has up to date information concerning potential compensation packages that can be discussed with the man God leads to Macedonia Baptist Church.
